When can I start collecting points?
Point collecting officially starts on December 11, 2025. After registering, you will automatically collect points with every purchase.
How can I sign up for the rewards program?
Participation is very easy! Simply create a free account. Then subscribe to our newsletter to receive exclusive information about offers and new products. If you already have an account, you are automatically registered - just log in and start collecting points!
How can I collect Mokwheel reward points?
You will receive 1 point for every euro spent in our online store (excluding discounts, taxes, insurance and gift vouchers). Points will be credited to your account within 7 business days.
How can I collect points through purchases?
Shop online at Mokwheel! You earn points as soon as you complete your order, rounded down to the nearest full point.
Where can these vouchers be redeemed?
If you choose a voucher with a fixed amount, you can use it when purchasing an e-bike. If you choose an accessories voucher, you can redeem these vouchers for free products.
How can I redeem the accessory bonus?
Once you have reached the appropriate number of points, you can select the accessories you want and receive a discount code that can be used when purchasing the corresponding accessories (shipping costs may apply).
Are all purchases eligible for points?
Earn points with every purchase at Mokwheel.de!
What happens if I return items?
If you return your entire order, you will be credited with your points. In the case of partial returns, the corresponding points will be deducted.
What if I have multiple accounts?
Mokwheel rewards are linked to a specific email address. We recommend using the same email address for all purchases to keep track.
Are there any costs when collecting points?
No! Registration is free and collecting points is also free of charge. Just visit the rewards page to get started!
Can I transfer my points to another account?
No, the points are tied to a specific email address and cannot be transferred.
Can I also combine my points with other discount codes?
No, only one discount code can be used per order and multiple discount codes cannot be combined.
Will my points expire?
Yes, if your account is inactive for 365 days, your points will be reset. You can continue to earn points for purchases during this period. So shop diligently to get your points! Please note that redeemed gifts are only valid for one month. So redeem them as soon as possible!
